BAND BLITZ ACTIVATE! This workout is SUPER IMPORTANT! This is when we wake up the body. We start activating the muscles - and taking this step will help us to get even more out of the workouts to come. This truly is the best way to kick off our week! Feel the Heat Today - we’re bringing on the BURN!! Run towards it! Feel the burn and keep going. We want to feel the heat today - it means it's working :) Add tension into that band - make it heavier if needed. And just enjoy the burn! To the CORE We're BANDING IT UP - to the core! Back, Booty, Abs - using tension and bands to blast our core! Load & Explode We're BUILDING up the POWER today - LOADING IT UP & EXPLODING! This is such a fun workout and an amazing way to build strength and power in our bodies! One banded move for strength - then removing the band and exploding up with freedom :) Long & Strong Building STRENGTH with the LONG Bands 💪 Today is all about getting stronger! We're building upper, lower, core, and everything in between using the power of TENSION from long bands. Tension & Tempo Time under Tension is a Beautiful Thing! We are using TEMPO today to help us get stronger! We have 7 moves and 3 different tempo rounds today—each will feel a bit different. The Challenge THE CHALLENGE is here!
