BOOTYLICIOUS 6 WEEK PROGRAM This is a 6-week program that focuses on the glutes aka the booty! It's more than just for looks. Building stronger glutes has many benefits. Over the next six weeks, we'll work to build strength and better posture. Alleviate general back & knee pain ... and also reduce your risk of injuries ... just to name a few benefits that are coming your way! Yes, we're focusing on our glutes through these workouts, but we're not neglecting the rest of our bodies. This is a total-body program—we're just zoning in mainly on the booty. Upper, lower, core—we're doing it all! We are thrilled to have our Online Fitness Specialist, Ro, leading us through these booty-burning six weeks.
