Required Equipment: Light and medium weights are needed. Let’s rock! Functional Core 1 round of 6 moves repeated 3 times! In this session, we’re sculpting and strengthening the core - flipping from front to back and back to front. Required Equipment: yoga mat or soft surface. Let's rock it! WORKOUT LENGTH 18:26 Total Functional FIT We've worked lower. We've worked upper. We've worked core. Let’s pull it all together in this Total Functional FIT session! We're upping the intensity by compounding our moves. This is going to be EPIC! Required Equipment: Light, medium & heavy weights. ACTIVE RECOVERY Description: We've worked hard all week!
