Workout Length: 30 minutes Required Equipment: None Description: 2 rounds of work in this pulse & burn session ... we start with the abs then flip over and zone in on the booty!! Targeting the front and back in this Core BURN set! Old School CARDIO FUN! Workout Length: 25 minutes Required Equipment: None Description: Are you ready to bring the JOY and FUN back to working out?
